Annual General Meeting Update
Our Annual General Meeting was held on 26 November 2025, and we extend our sincere thanks to all who attended and contributed to its success.
We warmly welcome our newly appointed Board Members:
Ashleigh Webb, Emily Corbett, Fathia Tayib, Jade McEwen, and Julie Dickson.
We are thrilled to have such a passionate team leading the way!
We also take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the outgoing Board Members — Samantha Lilly, Jillian Roscoe, and Suzanne Pate — for their dedication and service. Your contributions have been invaluable to our progress.

Board Nominations
Nominations are now closed.
Below is a list of brief statements from all our nominees for positions on the Board of WDV. As at the date of the WDV 2023 Annual General Meeting, the number of vacancies for Member Directors on the Board is three. Thirteen nominations have been received.
Votes for the nominees will be tallied in simple form, not a preferential system. There will be one poll where you chose your three preferred nominees for the three vacancies on the Board. The candidates with the most votes will be declared elected to the three Board vacancies at the end of the polling at the Annual General Meeting.
